How to Resize Images for Online Forms (So They Don’t Get Rejected)
Online forms usually reject images because of file size, dimensions, or unsupported formats (especially iPhone HEIC). This workflow fixes most uploads fast.
Quick workflow: Convert to JPG → crop background → upload again.

Step 1: Check the requirements
- Accepted formats: usually JPG/PNG
- File size limit: often 1–5 MB
- Dimensions: sometimes exact pixels (e.g., 600×600)
Step 2: Fix “file type not supported”
